Steps:
1. Wash and dry your hair naturally.
2. Flip your head and hair over so your facing down.
3. Brush all your hair to the crown of your head creating a ponytail.
4. Tightly tie it in place, then grab a section not to thick but not to thin, and wrap it around the base of your ponytail, pinning it in place.
5. Spray hairspray or apply gel to keep all in place. Miley wore extensions, so if you have any clip-ins, add them if wanted.
